Cancelation Policy
You have the right to cancel your subscription during the first 14 days from the date of your order. If you do not like the product and you decide to cancel your subscription, you will have to contact us directly or visit your account dashboard and select “Subscription Settings” and follow the instructions. Our team is available to help so do reach out for help if you need.
If by the time you have cancelled, the item has reached you, please return it in its original packaging. If you contact us we will guide you through the process and issue a return label.
Claims for damaged goods must be reported within 5 days of receipt, so please inspect your goods once they arrive.
Signing for goods means that the goods have been accepted into your care, and that they have been received complete and in undamaged packaging. You have the right to refuse damaged or incomplete parcels.
For monthly plans: Your card will be charged for the next billing cycle 30 days in advance to allow for order preparation and delivery time. If you decide to cancel the monthly subscription while it runs, for example during the 3rd or 6th month, then please note that the current month and the following one will still be billed and shipped out as they are already in the order pipeline.
For 6-month & 12-month plans: Your card will be charged for the next billing cycle 30 days in advance to allow for order preparation and delivery time. If you decide to cancel the subscription plan while it runs, for example during the 2nd or 4th month, please note that this is not allowed, and the entire period will be delivered as per schedule. However, you can cancel the next period prior to its automatic renewal which takes place 30 days in advance to allow for order preparation and delivery time.
