Engino processes orders in 4 to 5 working days for the UK, 5 to 7 working days for EU orders, and 14 to 20 days for the rest of the world.
Engino ships toys to many countries and territories sometimes change due to carrier restrictions.
All orders are shipped via tracked service, you will be informed of the carrier assigned to your order depending the country of delivery.
Track and trace your Engino order using your shipping reference number and the carrier link provided.
Your reference number can be found in your order confirmation email.

Returns & Refunds
Engino-Net Limited (hereinafter referred to as “Engino”) is committed to giving you and your children the best possible learning experience on the market. We also know that there may be a time when you need to exchange or return something you've bought from us.
Whether you do decide to return an Engino product or not, we recommend that you check all of our products carefully before you use them for damage or missing parts. We also recommend that you keep your receipt and order number handy as proof of purchase for any after-sales queries. You can find it in your order confirmation or delivery packaging itself.
If you aren’t completely satisfied with your Engino purchase, simply return the item(s) to us in their original condition and packaging with your receipt within 14 days of ordering. We’ll issue a full refund (excluding the original delivery charge), or exchange your original purchase with another product of the same value. We’ll need to know the item you’re returning and the reason you’re returning it to us.
If you don’t want another Engino product, we’ll give you a voucher for the corresponding amount or refund the amount you paid in the same way you paid.
It is Engino’s policy that a member loses its right of refund in case any of the below situations arise:
- The purchased item is damaged and/or destroyed. The purchased item shall be in its original condition upon its return for Engino to provide a refund.
- There is a missing part of the purchased item. The purchased item shall be in its original condition upon its return for Engino to provide a refund.
- The item is not returned in its original packaging.
